From new homes and apartments, to alterations, extensions and additions, we design bespoke residential projects across Victoria. We work with our clients to deliver a home that reflects their individual style and aspiration, ensuring they are functional, sophisticated and modern.
Our team are experienced in creating dynamic, mixed-use projects that provide communities and local economies space to grow, improving the urban character of the area and paving the way for future development.
We’re skilled in designing multi-residential projects that showcase cost-effective housing and quality, while creating a sense of modernism and community.
Our design intent was to create a modern extension that completed the heritage facade of this 1950's single storey residence.
The existing home consisted of two bedrooms, with the contemporary extension to add a further two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry and outdoor entertainment area.
Across a steeply sloped site sits a split level house that makes the most of its surroundings, with large bay windows to capture the view of Melbourne's CBD.
With a contemporary facade, the home contains two outdoor entertainment areas, separate living quarters for guests, subfloor storage and a kids playroom.
Our client is looking to modernise their existing home and upgrade the living, sleeping and entertainment areas.
Alongside these renovations, a double garage has been added, with a new driveway for access to the rear of the block for future development.
Go Design has been engaged for internal renovations on a heritage listed building in South Yarra, with construction to begin in May 2022.
The three storey residential property is looking to update it's 1960's style by replacing the main kitchen, living area and bathrooms, plus adding a modern feel to the four bedrooms and enclosed balcony.
Situated on a steep site, along the Victorian coast, our latest residential project is going through town planning.
The house sits across two main levels, with a further level for storage beneath. The contemporary design sits delicately on the hillside, with plenty of windows that look out across the treetops and capture the view of the sea below.
Based on a corner lot, this Hampton style house features a large central loft with double height ceilings in the entry and main living area.
Alongside the raked windows and ceilings, this house boasts five bedrooms, garage workshop, and a bistro in the dining room.
Boasting four bedrooms, separate guest quarters with integrated office space to work from home and two outdoor entertainment areas, this double storey home has it all.
The external Shou Sugi Ban cladding on this project improves the BAL rating and reduces the need for harsh chemical treatment to repel insects and water damage, whilst being low maintenance.
