Our design intent was to create a modern extension that completed the heritage facade of this 1950's single storey residence.
The existing home consisted of two bedrooms, with the contemporary extension to add a further two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, laundry and outdoor entertainment area.

Across a steeply sloped site sits a split level house that makes the most of its surroundings, with large bay windows to capture the view of Melbourne's CBD.
With a contemporary facade, the home contains two outdoor entertainment areas, separate living quarters for guests, subfloor storage and a kids playroom.
